Do you have a Youtube account? It would be best if you uploaded them there and then just post a link to the videos or embed them in your post.

He's 100% right, you need to upload them to YouTube then you can just copy paste the link directly here and it will embed the video. If you don't have a YouTube account you should create one, it's 100% free.
