Project Silver Bullitt sleeper

So with the new car comes a new project.
1. Whole car is being repainted stock color with some pearl added in
2. New black carpet
3. Black rear seat delete
4. Couple new autometer gauges
5. Cowl hood
6. Bullitt gauge cluster
7. Trickflow Valve covers to compliment the heads :laughing2:
8. Misc other subtle touch's in and out to make her mine
These are the things I am sure of now!
Before I paint it I have some choices to make. Should I put a Saleen kit on the car or leave it as a GT and do a rear spoiler delete( Sleeper but clean)? I myself think I am leaning towards the GT look and no spoiler.

Def gonna throw new rotors on her with pads and clean up the calipers but should I add Cobra front brakes to the mix? The Cobra Fronts will limit my front drag wheel setup keep in mind.

Exhaust??? Car sounds good:tup: has FRPP SS shorty headers with a BBK Catted X and PYPES cat back. The cats take up some of the cam sound which I dont like so I was Thinking D'Agastino racing SS off road X pipe and Magnapack cat back will get the lump back and sound nasty on the road?

Lets hear what everybody else thinks. The seats are wearing on me I started to like them and if I lose 15-20 lbs I'll fit real good plus the only weigh 19 lbs so they are staying:laughing2:. I like the Saleen wheels but think once I re up on the funds I will be getting chrome ones

Ordered the first Pieces Got a 2003 Cobra console with a 2003 Cobra E-Brake handle assembly for MPS. It needed an E-Brake handle since it doesn't work so I figured WTF might as well get the nicer console too

More parts ordered Interior is almost complete just gotta get 3 More gauges and the SOS Dual pillar pod


1. New black carpet
2. New floor mats
3. Bullitt pedal set
4. Bullitt shifter bezel
5. Shorty antenna
6. 3 gauge bezel for under the radio
7. Chrome trim rings for gauge cluster
8. Shrader Performance rear seat delete
9. Shrader Performance radiator cover

Everything including the Console should be here by Friday getting the car towed down to my shop tomorrow so I can give the underside a checkup on my lift instead of my back and make sure there are no serious issues then we shall start on the body Also talked to my buddy Kevin Hand today and soon enough we will have her on the rollers to tune her to his specs

Tomorrow is the first day of the project Gonna get the carpet,console,new pedals,ebrake handle,shift bezel,in her. Rear seat will be out delete kit is due in on Tues. Gonna give the front seats to my detail guy and let him steam clean them.

Ordered a 03/04 Cobra bumper,fog bezels and chin spoiler
Ordered all new Teflon line Aeroquip feed line and stainless fittings for the fuel system. under the hood I went with the Aeroquip startlite black race hose and black fittings.

Still gotta decide on the hood

Well yesterday was not as productive as I thought. I got caught up spending time on other things on other cars. The E-brake is in and fixed the carpet is out along with the rear seat and all the interior panels for a good scrubbing. the new carpet fits like complete dog $hit so Monday morn the old carpet and seats are going to my detail guy for a serious cleaning. Found a couple other things needing to be adressed (mainly just cleaned up). Ordered a Eastwood manuel beeding machine so I can clean up some of the intercooler piping for more clearance (Thanks Wes for the advice ). Found a nice used Magnaflow off road x-pipe for cheap I also got a 04 Cobra sway bar with links brackets and bushings dropped off at my house this morning (Thanks Mike)

I am dying to get the rest of the parts so I can rip and tear man dying lol. Work is my biggest enemy at this point everybody has to break there cars now and need them fixed couldn't wait a month right lmao.

Just grabbed a brand new set of magnaflow tails and tips for a 100 bucks just need to find the Magnapacks now

Got the Carpet and seats back from my detail guy today and they LOOK BRAND NEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got the inside floor cleaned up and layed the carpet back in Modded the 03 console to work with the 99 harness and decided to run the factory fog switch where the coin holder used to be
Tomorrow Night after some good scrubbing all the interior plastics go back in along with the rear seat delete over the weekend gonna try and get all the gauges in and all the wiring the previous owner did tidied up. Man I hate cars :laughing:

The fuel lines also arrived today so the escapade will start Friday night mgno:

I used the stock 99 switch and modded the switch and harness to fit the console

Got the rest of the interior scrubbed up and installed tonight. Got the Shrader rear set delete in :rockon:. Gotta clean up the wiring in the dash put the pedals in and scrub the dash again before I close up the dash and kick panels. Maybe that will get done this weekend if the fuel system goes easy. The interior is reall starting to come together I can't wait till its complete gonna look real good IMO. Valve covers also came in today just waiting on the front timing case cover so I can send pieces out to the powder coater for some crinkle black love. Got a set of magnapacks coming and a breather canister to eliminate my Pcv system before the tune

Got the fuel system redone,chenged the oil,threw in the Magnaflow off road x, cleaned up some vacum lines, fixed a melted evap line and started plotted for the guages today Tomorrow I am gonna try to weld up the power pipe ports that are blocked and get it ready for paint change the plugs and maybe get started on the gauges.

The Aeroquip hose is the easiest line I have ever worked with no smell no problems straight forward and easy I highly recommend this line to anybody who wants to upgrade and not get the fumes!!!!

Got some more done on her today I got the intercooler piping straightened out so i wont have to cut the cobra bumper still have to redo all of it they way I want but for this season it will do just fine. Got the teflon fuel lines ran up to the fuel rails, got all the sending units installed for the gauges, got the catch can setup in the d/s fender. Also got the cobra bumper on and fitted and all new evap lines ran into the vent valve in the p/s fender. John (Slowhite) dropped off the new magnaflow tails and tips so tomorrow I will fit the magnapacks and tails onto the car along with the interior gauges and hopefully finish up running the lines off the valve covers to the catch can and cleaning up the wiring and vac lines in the engine bay.

She's starting to come together the hood should be here next week and she should be going down to Kevin on the 30th. Also got all braided brake lines new pads and rotors,Oem lights front and rear new third brake light new Oem rear bumper,Oem fog bezels and bumper lip,Oem batt tray and hold down, Oem Lic plate light covers.
