Yeah....don't understand the anti-American car attitude. Ford, for one, makes a great product. I also have an 03 GT 5-speed....103,000 miles...original clutch and still going strong and I BEAT the hell out of that car!!! lol
Congrats on the new ride...
Tks everyone. The backdrop is Sands Point, NY, taken 2weeks ago when the MSCLI club visited for Mustangs at the Beach. It was my first Mustang meet and I had a great time. I have posted pics from that event in the "recent events" section.
As far as the anti-American car attitude, there's the other side where some domestic folks bash Japanese cars. Then there's also some European owners who bash everyone else. Cant figure it out. I love all cars.
And yes, I love the Mustang. They seem to be clearly ahead of the competition technology wise, innovation wise, and are just making a better car IMO.
Couple that with a company that did not go bankrupt, and have had their iconic pony car uninterrupted since 1964, and I can say I'm truly proud to be driving a Mustang, and that it was my first domestic car ever and hopefully this is the beginning of a love affair with one of the most iconic cars in the world! (nerdy, I know but hey, it's how I feel right now).
