Went to B and D exhaust in Binghamton after ordering dynomax bullets for my Mustang. I have a basically stock 94 GT, has the shorty headers and offroad h pipe. They told me if I bought their "race" mufflers that I could get off the ticket if I show them the reciept, but thats 130 for their mufflers plus 150 for the install. Are the dynomax bullets too loud or should I just get them installed for 150 and worst case if I get too much trouble from the cops just go back to my flowmaster 40's?

Well I saw some videos of people with the sn95's with an offroad h pipe and dynomax bullets and they sounded great, and for 40 dollars a muffler you can't go wrong. I don't think the cops will give me trouble, I know tons of Camaros with SLP LM's and those aren't exactly legal and they haven't gotten pulled over, and I graduated with a kid who had a 2002 Mustang GT with glasspacks never got a ticket for being "too loud".
I have the SLP LM1s on and I like them a lot, I think they're just like the dynomax bullets. I've been driving mine for two weeks like that with no problems, and have drove right by the cops and they don't do a thing. I had some kind of flowmaster catback on and I didn't care for it, I believe it was the three chamber ones. After I got the "muffler" swap, I could tell a bit of a difference over the flows with the slps. Good luck with the bullets though, I wouldn't think you would have any problems unless you shift at 5 grand near a cop. 
i had flowmaster 50 series on my car, and then got dynomax race bullets.... they dynomax sound soo much better, they are not to loud either.. unless u step on it... i got pulled over a while back and they asked me do hit the gas, so they can check if the exhaust is legal, and i let it go to 1500rpm, and it wasnt loud at all, and i didnt get the ticket for the mufflers, just for my headlight covers :/
