well what good would it do if your tb is bigger then your intake tube

i have about 600 flywheel horse and i'm running a 90mm maf and a 70mm tb with 14psi. well the real question is what size is the piping going into the tb. my vortech intake tube matches perfectly to my 70 mm. bigger would jus be a waste

i would say 8psi. you can get away with a bit more if you get a girdle and some good head bolts and good gaskets

why are you going so much bigger. are you doing any major mods. if you are then you will need a retune anyways.

there are alot of factors in ET and MPH. i ran a best on DR of 11.78 @ 127mph.

i say. 4.30's. i know someone that has 4.30's on a 5 speed and he does fine. with the AOD it will love them. also remember that your tire size effects final drive ratio. if you are running a 26" tire and the 4.30's are too steep step up to a 28" tire. good luck.:headbang:
