Who has failed NYS inspection in 2014?
I hope you mean no new sticker and that the old sticker is still in the window. Unless the sticker has expired, they are not suppose to remove the sticker until you pass. If they do remove it, and you fail, then they should give you a temp sticker.- mabcim
