Yeah, it is a pulse that reads the speed. But if I go with a larger or smaller gear, there isn't any adjustment for it to mesh. If I go larger it will bind, smaller it wont mesh, I remember the older ones had a concentric mount so that you could adjust the mesh, know what I mean. I think it...

Thanks. I saw a harness on the drivers side with a spot for 2 connections. One was being used and the other looked to need a spline connector. What about the switch on the drivers side top, right below the shifter?? Does that just hang. The car has a Cobra tranny. I gotta get it up higher and look.
