Yea I hope so. Most I've seen on YouTube with the same mods or similar are between 420-460rwhp. So I'm aiming low to be safe.

Very true. I personally will be going with the D5200 as the D7100 is much more than I wanna spend. And the D5200 isn't a whole lot more than the D3200. Only like $100.
