From what I have read most 01 Cobras had the teskids and it is much less likely to have the Windsor block. I'd say odds are you have the teskids but don't hold me to it. EDIT Little more info I found for you...

A stock 5.0 won't twist the car. Throw sub frame connectors on it and you'll be good unless you're going to be running some serious power.
