The second one would be perfect only if the tail light panel it self was straight instead of curved at the ends.

Well a stroker kit is way out of the question for now...maybe some GT40 heads until I can afford some AFRs or Twisted Wedges.

That's what I another thing I was going to ask....would it be worth it to have the crank cleaned up that came out of that motor, or the older one I have becuase on teh older one I have it's in much better shape.

IF I buy the kit, do I need to have them put the cam bearings in? Also, would that include hot tanking and magnafluxing the block?

Also, the crank out of the motor has some pretty good grooves in it, however the other 5.0 crank I have is balanced differently. If I just used a matching flywheel and balancer could I get away with using the older crank?
