are you a auto or manual? From where you are now, I would say 1- a tuner, and then do some work on the suspension and brakes. Adding power is fun, yes, but it sucks when you can stop or turn it!

They are in decent shape- a bit of rash from use, but overall presentable with good center caps. Tires are mounted, but would need to be replaced soon. The car wasnt aligned correctly and they have uneven wear.

basically, refer to above- a 255 will fit with no issues. a 275 will fit with minimal hammer massaging, and much wider you will need to roll the lip and hammer the fenderwell a bit.

Sounds like your tuner turned off all of the monitors so that it wouldnt throw a CEL. Call them and see- Did you delete the cats/EGR/anything? That is one reason they may have tuned them all off. In NY, you can only have one monitor down to pass inspection.
