That is the spacer that goes on the end of your oil pick-up tube. One end of the tube bolts to your oil pump, the other end (by pick-up screen) is supported by that spacer. The end with the bolt molded into it is threaded inside and screws onto a main bearing cap stud. I'm fairly certain...

I did not even consider spraying it. From what I've read nitrous loves higher compression. You also have to remember that you'd be on stock internals and limited to ~400whp. Spraying it will also create a hell of a shot of torque which stock rods don't like to much. I would think a 75-100...

My block is scrapped. Your not going to gain to much with a bump to 10.5 cr using a NPI block. What you will lose is the ability to go FI in the future. Full bolt-on and cam'd 2V's will make ~300hp to the wheels. Using a NPI block might get you 5-10whp more at best. I've seen some...

Todd I'm pretty sure you still use all your cop's and harness. I know '96-'98 cars upgrade from the coil packs like on mine to cop's like your's so I don't see any problems there. If you have any more questions, just ask. :D
