Really? Put the car back on the ground hammer a deep socket over the lock, get a breaker bar and take it off like a regular lug nut. Next set of locks you get don't make sure the locks get torqued down without an air gun.
You can get OEM parts at Rockauto.com. You can also spend a couple bucks and get Centric brand brakes 105 series pads. Brakes and tires are two place where you NEVER want to "save" money!!
Steeda CAI and tune is a great way to start. I would also agree FRPP springs/suspension would be a great way to go along with C.H.E. chassis bracing like control arms etc..
I like to mod my cars so the GT-500 would be my choice. If you're going to buy a car and keep it stock then the BOSS is the choice being it will have collector value in the future.
