This new driveshaft from The Driveshaft Shop (Long Island) broke on the street with less than 500 rwhp and street tires. It was supposed to be good for over 800 hp. Look at the other pictures of the welds. Would you risk the life of you and your passengers by taking a chance that the same company that could not properly weld aluminum the first time could build you a new shaft correctly the second time? We will not knowingly put our customers in danger like that. So we politely asked for our money back or a store credit to be used for some other part instead. They refused and asked us to leave.
We ended up buying a new driveshaft from another supplier at our own expense to take care of our customer.
