    Got the Mustang up on jack stands & started working on bending & fitting new fuel lines. Located the spot where I want the in-line fuel filter to be, driver's side rear floor pan by the frame rail.

    This past week the weather cooled down to the low 70's & gave me more time in the garage to work on the Mustang.     Now that my wife & I are all settled into our "retirement home" here in southwestern Virginia I am back working on the Mustang again. I am trying to finish up the wiring. I installed oil pressure & water temp senders & wired them into the AAW harness & made my final hookup from the ignition box...

    Today it was rainy so I could not work outside so I spent some time in the garage & started wrapping the engine bay harness.

    Today I installed the radiator, hooked up the cooling fans, & started hooking up the hoses. With the radiator installed I have about 1" of clearance between the water pump pulley bolts & the cooling fan shroud.

    This past weekend I upgraded the Mustangs charging system from the anemic 1G alternator to a 3G alternator & it bolted right up to the stock brackets even with the 1987 standard rotation water pump with only having to add a 3/4" spacer to the bottom bolt of the main alternator bracket.
