To be truthfull... You can do alot in the trunk... I have shoe horned 2 15 in Koves in a 99 Cobra, and it looks great... Fiberglass box does wonders... So yes your subs will fit, may just need a different enclosure- 2K3Rcode

No Omega Excalibur ATV1000 with the Omega ECHO (two way) upgrade... As far a the windows, its just one of Omega's add on modules... IMO if your looking for a Alarm the Excal's are the best...
