put #1 cyl. at TDC and check your timing marks. if there off there's your problem.

i think it's from your heater box. your heater core might be leaking

the 1989 stang that i spun a couple of rod bearings in is up and running. found a stock 1988 5.0 HO with low miles on it. stripped it down to a short block, installed the aluminum GT 40 heads, cobra intake, and trick flow stage 2 cam. I should be out this weekend. whoo hoo:rock:

the rattling could be detonation. check your timing

blue is usually oil. maybe some leaked into the intake ports when you changed the intake. try changing the plugs
