Came on the motor...From what I have read the 289 is good from idle to 5500 while the 302 is good for about 1500 to 6500....

His car pulls pretty good..it's actually my brothers. My other brother has a Talon too that's about 400 hp that that hauls some ass. Add to the fact that my motor is a non roller with shitty smogged up heads from 1980 I think it's going to take some work...

Talon TSi? I know I'll get killed from a dig, but it's 6 bolt swap with a full inter cooler and HKS BOV. All I'll(providing I can pick up the other engine) is a 302 with E7 heads, fresh rebuild Edlebrock Performer 289 intake, and a Holley 600 4bbl. What would it take to make me run with him?
