    As much as I love this theory I know it's a bit of an Urban Myth. If you talk to Ford they only test the motor before dropping in ...they don't actually "break in the motor" although many of us would love to believe this! lol and thank you!

    I've heard this theory off and on for years...but hadn't had a new car to "break in" so never paid too much attention. OH...and just because you haven't "heard" of it doesn't mean the theory doesn't exist ;) Just because it exists also doesn't mean that it should be practiced ;)
