Just lowered mine this year Ford Racing 5300k springs 1.5 inch with Eibach struts+shocks, BMR adj ph bar+upper brace, looks great. I used an alignment level before and after to get the camber the same as it was with the stock spring, to avoid getting an alignment. I have an electric scissors jack I bought on Ebay to get under the car to the place you put the jack, works great. Looking forward to seeing your new pics !

Electric jack sounds like a great idea!

Try a low profile aluminum "racing" jack. Or you could drive up on wood, 2x10s, then put your old jack underneath.
