yea thats pretty much all you need unless you have an auto then you need a kick down cable, you will prolly need a new throttle cable to but as for the wiring you just pull the computer out which is in the passenger side kick panel and then pull the wiring and everything out, you wont need any of the sensors or anything. the O2 sensor holes in the exhaust will have to be pulged to but thats pretty much about it. i decided not to carb the motor i have in there so i just built a new motor and im waiting on a water pump and radiator and mine will be carbed.
