  • Hey Jen, met you on the wine cruise with Matt and the gang. Thought of you when I found a girl with HER MACH plates from PA. Will add the photo to the show pics when I get a chance to get them on here.

Yeah I think I've seen that too! It's a yellow Mach I think? Would be cool to meet her sometime!
Selling a 94-95 FORD MUSTANG 2.5" MAC OFF ROAD H-PIPE if anyone is interested! $120, it's BRAND NEW.

Any choice with those wheels is fantastic.

Why don't you superimpose them over your picture and see what looks good to you. That is a real nice Mach and I would be leaning toward the gloss black. You go girl and mod that Mach.

I was thinking the gloss black too Matt. Need to order them soon bc my other tires are bald :) Can't wait to start cruising!!
When putting your car away for the winter...what do you guys do with insurance? Take off the road completely? Keep liability? May need to drive the car just next door to get painted, or on a nice sunny day for a quick spin :) Would like to save some money if possible though...wondering what are my options?!

No need to turn plates in. Just as Mattstang said. Just remove liability.

I wud keep the car insured. If God forbid the house catches fire, or a Hurricane Sandy comes thru and no insurance on it, I believe you get nothing for the car.

Have to check with hour ins. company to be sure. But like most just remove liability and it will save you some $$.
Thinking about getting my Mach touched up and clear-coated, or possibly totally re-painted (at minimum, the front bumper and hood need complete re-painting bc of rock chips)...should I do it now before putting it away for the winter? Or wait til I pull it out in the spring? Thoughts appreciated :)

Price out the entire car and also just the parts you want painted but be sure to ask if the shop can color match your blue! Seen you out at the Letchworth get together. Thought your car looked pretty good. Also think about how to get car to the painter and back home without getting full of salt.

Well I was probably going to go to my neighbor right next door...he owns a Collision Shop so he does body work and paint right there! So it shouldn't be a problemt to get it home without getting full of salt.

I have a few chips on the doors and the roof has some acid rain marks (from before I owned the car!) so I just wanted to take care of that stuff plus the front bumper and hood. Like you said though, I worry about matching the blue...

If it stays in the garage, get it done now!

That is true but when you live in Western New York you have to bite the bullet and put the ponies away. It is a sad day when this happens.
