i have been looking into getting a short shifter for my stang but am debating between the roush and the steeda tri-ax. any opinions would be appreciated. thanks.
MGW is great, smooth, quite, adjustable and over engineered. It even comes with dynamat to block road noise! I was originally set on the Tri-Axe but in the last moment i changed my mind and do not regret it 1 bit.
This is my review of the MGW from another forum, its really LONG but it should give you everything you ever wanted to know about it.

you have a lot of good info there. i think it is going to be a toss up between MGW and steeda. there are a few features i like about the MGW, steeda doesnt have.
I have the Roush (duh). It gets stiff going from left to right when it's real hot. I've seen a lot of similar complaints on other forums. I'm not sure I would recommend it.
Install is pretty simple, just nuts and bolts. The hardest part is getting the stock shifter out of the tunnel, you should be done in a n hour. Can be done on Jack stands but it would suck, i did it on a lift and it was fun.
