a hand held flash programer for 99 to 04 mustangs, has 87,91,premium fuel tunes as well as economy mode for each tune, also data logging, and live numbers for air fuel ratio, spark, maf counts, fuel cycle, fuel trim, injector pressure fuel pressure from the pump, lots of stuff you can do with it such as spark advance and retard for 0-2000 rpm 2000-4000rpm and 4000-6000rpm also set your gears, turn off rear o2 sensors, spedomiter limit, rev limits air fuel ratio for wide open throttle, lots more plus it holds up to three custom tunes. works with no mods or lightly modified mustangs but i found the more mods you have the more likely you will need a custom tune from a sct dealer. i give it a over all rating of 9 because i did have some slight issues with mine such as on ocasion when switching between the economy tune and the standerd tune (any of the three) i would have detonation issues using the economy tune so i think it leans it out a little to much but i also have some modifications such as headers and an intake that the programer was not tuned for. so that being said i give it a nine rating for that and for the fact power gains are only about 12 to 15 hp on a sn95 car and those are ball park numbers for hp not hard dyno proven numbers they are an average because like people each car is different
