Default 2000 3.8 V6 plug/wire change

I started to change plugs and wires yesterday and found that Auto Zone sold me the wrong wires. So I had to pull wires and want to make sure I get the order right - front to rear, passenger side to drivers side 3-2-1-4-5-6 for plug order and 3-2-1-4-6-5 for the coil order. Is this correct?

Nope, you have it backwards.

Passenger side is like this front to back: 1,2,3.

Drivers side front to back is 4,5,6.

The coil go is 1,2,3 on top from left to right and the bottom is 5,6,4.

Hope it helps and good luck.

thanks to both of you. Bought a book today and I did have the order wrong. Will replace when the rain stops.

The wires were wrong. Replaced yesterday and runs fine. Thanks. By the way, the confusion on the locations is that it appears my coil is set up in reverse from your picture. It did have them numbered though and went smoothly.
